It’s a cope used by troons who consciously or subconsciously know they are not women, so they craft a narrative of “no, I’m not a cis woman, I’m BETTER than a cis woman because I had to earn my womanhood rather than being gifted it like those fucking bitches who wouldn’t date me haha fuck them now, I’m a lesbian they can’t stop me, eat girldick, … [misogynistic wailing continues]”.
 
I mean, to give it a bit of proper context, consider the following...

Homelander is a crippingly insecure, spiteful, narcissistic bully with severe mommy issues, who projects a false aura of confidence because he's an incredibly weak, cowardly person who can't accept the fact that there conceivably exist people who wouldn't like him.



Sounds pretty troony to me.

He's still my favourite fucking character in that awful shitty fucking show, though.
