OK I don't play dbd but ever since the story dropped that a new enemy in it would be a deformed freak in a skirt voiced by a troon. I've always belived the unknown is actually every restless soul of every tranny who ever necked themselves amalgamated into a hideous reflection of what they were in life and how they died. It makes all those times it attacks female survivors all the more poetic
