Did you mean to post an unedited pro-trans meme? It would be a bit hard to counter and explain why "gender" is an irrelevant term, and why sex is still a binary distinction, in the same format. The best I can think of is to make the 5th panel "Basic Queer Theory- everyone has their own position on the sex spectrum and the gender spectrum" and then reuse the Basic Biology panel.

Some of these were really nice. I don't even mind most of the repeats. But for the love of God, please learn how to insert images as thumbnails. Your post takes up approximately 80% of the 200th page.

I don't have a tax, but all of you should watch (or rewatch) South Park season 9 episode 1. It seems progressive even though it's from 2005, because it was made before everyone "forgot" what sex and gender were. Just be mindful that it has some penile inversion footage in the beginning 🤮

That's Big Man Tyrone. He's one of those creators you can pay to say things in a recorded video.
He became kind of a meme due to 4channers commissioning him to say their silly shitposts.

There was even a bit where people hired another person that did similar stuff like Big Man Tyrone,
to pretend he was fighting Tyrone over shit like Persona

TL;DR : Funny black man you can pay to say your shitposts on a video
