Again, sorry, but that's absolutely retarded. As long as you're teaching your kid to uphold values of any sort - setting these values apart from others - you'll soon be engaged in some level of "magical thinking", because what separates these taught values from other, unrelated value systems, is that they are dogma, arbitrary truths, if you like.

Think of a Western atheist rationalist liberal, raising his kids to strongly believe in "diversity", and then this kid grows up to believe that a project will go poorly because there are not enough people of colour in the team.

I use to think like you but reality has proven to me that without religion people will actually become debased animals just like the Christians warned us.

It's pretty well established that communities need a unifying canon of shared traditional values to stave off debasement, and regular discourse around those values to keep them salient. Religions often fill that role, but you can just as easily orient yourself to the same values secularly. Obviously degenerates are going to self-identity as atheists because degenerates have no such value system, that doesn't mean atheists necessarily don't.

It is true that no matter what, there's always going to be degenerates, but I'd argue that a society that believes in the absolute unchanging moral authority of the Christian God really drives down the degenerate numbers and their defenders by more than half.

When man is in charge of moral authority, the goal posts shifts and you get to where we are today.
I forget his name but I believe a serial killer used the same logic for his actions as "well, if God doesn't exist then there's no real moral line."

It depends though. If they're so obsessed with appearances that instead of reporting it to secular authorities when pedophile level degeneracy happens, they cover it up, then it actually amplifies it and allows for serial victimization. In a society that tolerates (not necessarily encourages) it, it can't be used as blackmail material, and at least if you have concerns about a particular group like that, you know who to avoid because they're not hiding it.

This is the actual problem with degeneracy today, not that it's condoned, but that even criticizing it or refusing to participate actively in it gets you canceled or even violently attacked by mentally ill men in dresses. (This is why I honestly no longer care about anything done to troons.)
