A little late on this but I've been trying to catch up on this whole thread and now I have. So yeah let me just say we'd have a better chance of growing artifical women from petri dishes or Android cyborg bodies to put our brains in before we can mimic the magic of being able to completely alter the Human chromosome and molecular structure from one gender to the other.

Except. See the difference between...this poor unfortunate soul is...he was Destin to be a boy but nature in its one in a million odd twists of fate...didn't quite finish the job so to speak.
