That first "neutrois" lady pooner was from around then, too.

There have always been a few outlier weirdos, and society can sustain that. You just can't have a whole city where everyone's building Watts Towers in their back yard. It reminds me of an old SubGenius adage, that you might not be something as romantic and special as a True Mutant; you might be just a Maladjusted Normal.

This one made me curious so I looked up those laws. Turns out if a landlord/landlady/landx wants to evict the tenants, even with a qualified cause, he or she will have to pay them a fee to help them relocate. I'd say that's a loss because for every non-binary landlord there are 200 non-binary tenants whom I would have liked to evict the moment they started acting up on my property. If when they fail to pay rent, the land lord is required to give them 10 days and accept any way they choose to pay their overdue rent. The only way these laws would be fair is if all landlords were already rich and didn't mind absorbing some losses while searching for a good tenant.
