so, if this person is in minecraft then i can give them a few suggestions. mind you these only work in minecraft and nowhere else:

if you have access to a car then a car accident is one way to do it. just make sure you arnt crashing into anyone, instead make it look like you veered off the road into a tree . another way is to go hiking in the mountains and 'slip' off a ledge. same is true of rock climbing. another option is to go swimming/boating and drown. you could also do death by cop/violent criminal, just dont make it look intentional. there is also the option of O.D. on something like heroine/fentanyl. if they happen to have an allergy, then that is their one way ticket. finally there is accidental electrocution. in the us this might be harder to do with only 120 Vrms available, but you could do something like try to install a new outlet and 'accidentally' touch a live wire. for the biggest chance of success i recommend standing barefoot in a puddle of water and making sure your hands are also wet. also for best results in the us you are going to want to find a 240 volt outlet, so look in your laundry room.

but again, these things only work in minecraft, please do not attempt them anywhere else.

If you cut your own brake lines and stick a copy of Harry Potter under the seat you can make it look like a hate crime, maybe even rig your ignition to a bomb like in a mob movie, leave yourself a voicemail saying ovarit sends its regards. You could also just leave a note blaming Kiwifarms.
(or better yet seek mental help from a professional instead of posting to reddit)

it really is unfortunate just how much this stuff has seeped into the modern medical field. you have actual docotrs supporting it and plenty of therapist and psychologist who also support and affirm it. what these people really need is an effective therapist, but good luck finding one in 2023 who would actually help you fix these issue rather than poon you out.

It's basically illegal for therapists (in the US anyway) to do anything other than affirm feelings of gender nonconformity or a desire to transition. A therapist who questions it can be put under investigation and have their license suspended.

Sadly even the US 240V outlet is not going to shock you with more than 120V with respect to ground in Minecraft, because it is split phase, otherwise known as CTE or Center Tapped to Earth.

Unless you hold one hot wire in each (wet) hand and also assume there is no GFCI in the main breaker panel.

okay you are right about that, i always forget to take into account the "reference to ground" thing with those 240 plugs.

Take issue. That depends on the state, since the several States grant psychology or therapist licences. There's not a national licensing board. What might get your licence yeeted in one state might not in another.

Now, that said, what  can get taken from you if you violate the approved orthodoxy is a non-government professional group affiliation or credential, i.e., the bunch of letters after the Ph.D. And I've known a licenced psychologist who was more concerned about losing those diplomates and college associations than losing her actual licence to practice.
