Yes, they're also frequently called trans medicalists because they believe their gender status to be a mental illness and transitioning is a way to helping alleviate their issues. The opposite of truscum is a tucute.

They're the sane wing of a fundamentally insane ideology, they're better than other trans people because they want more gatekeeping to keep "not real" trans people out, instead of actively evangalizing to try and get others to troon out. But there's more money to be made trying to sell gender affirming care to as many people as possible, so the truscums have been pushed to the side.

Truscum are troons who thinks that the way to get what they want is by throwing other troons under the bus. Every single truscum I ever had the misfortune to talk to have been just as insane as tucutes, if not more. Their whole ideology basically boils down to "I should be the only man in the locker room". Gender dysphoria is just an easy excuse for pretending to be above other trannies.

The purpose of euphemisms like MAID and euthanasia is to disguise suicide as something else, so it wouldn't be considered a suicide. If people want to argue in favour of legal assisted suicide, their arguments should stand on their own, without deceptive terminology, but this never happens.

Much worse, MAID is intended to disguise government-induced euthanasia against vulnerable individuals, basically to save money.

Not even Jack Kevorkian did this shit. As much as he might have been justly accused of apparently taking some sort of weird pleasure in assisting suicide, he never pressured anyone into it and was generally acting altruistically and to his own detriment.

I am strongly in support of the right of individuals to end their own lives in a rational decision.

I am also extremely suspicious of the government actively intervening and encouraging suicide. What Canada is doing is frankly sick and evil.
