For any of y'all who work overnight shifts mixed with day shifts, how in the heck do y'all cope with your sleep schedules?

You don't have a sleep schedule when you get into that shit.
You have to learn to sleep on command. Remember when your parents sent you to bed and you were like "I'm not tired!" but you had to go to bed anyway? You have to do that shit to yourself.
I've been through it. It's a pain. But you will obtain that valuable skill eventually.

So you might think that caffeine is some sort of easy fix, but the problem is that you can extremely quickly gain a massive tolerance to it.
I'd recommend using it sparingly, and then using it properly when the situation calls for it.

Alternately, if you need to set a new sleep schedule, simply forcing yourself to stay awake until your desired sleep time is a legit option. I've gone without sleep for over 40 hours and I think it's totally doable for anyone who seriously wants to try. Trust me that you'll sleep like a log if you go for that option, so make sure any alarm you set is loud as hell.

Hey I can actually answer this without saying nigger and calling you a faggot, you faggot.

I work two jobs about 75-85 hours per week, overnight and day.

You get so fucking tired that you fall asleep right away, and sometimes shit gets weird because you’re still kind of awake but dreaming or you can hear yourself snore.

Sometimes a good one hour nap can do wonders just because you fall asleep right away…..shits strange though and takes a long time to get used to….,and you’ll be tired a lot.
