With the price It's the same kind of awful as every combiner robot being sold seperately and priced as a "voyager" or "commander" now with minimal engineering with the worst case being devastator who's basically a downscaled combiner wars one and twice the price of the combiner wars one new or used. Griped about that before also remind me to get around to actually properly cleaning the devastator I got used last year. That niggas dusty even after the first two cleanings cause he was in some dude's garage diorama display for a while before I got him. he got dusty again because I've had him laying down in the shipping box he came in after the first two go arounds cleaning.
My liege maximo arrived to day no I did not pay the updated 61.99 price for it thank god. There's a horrible intense fucking thunderstorm currently going on outside that immediately followed his arrival it's kind of cool. Wouldn't have been cool if he got left out in the storm though lmao.
He's so close yet fumbled on certain aspects to be truly accurate to what the character looked like but even the fuckups still look a little cool if not weird. Will take a photo sometime maybe, he's not 86 grimlock leader class he's just megatronus leader which is just a wide set voyager, but also that's really the only way to fit in the gimmick where he could fit in megatron's throne. I still stand by the claim he should have been a commander or titan but I wouldn't have ever been able to afford him if he was that pricing without one of those pay in 4 things and careful budgeting.
A fully functional Thunderwing with the Mega Pretender gimmick would be awesome. And they'd be able to make a Black Shadow remold too. Very good choice.

Can I get like, a $100-$120 pedestal for the 13 Primes like they put on the box art? That'd be pretty dope, especially if it has electronics and places to mount the artifacts. It should also have dedicated positions for each one with clips/pegs to keep them from falling over.

I just noticed sentinel prime, unlike tarn, has actual wheels instead of the weird fake molded wheels the tarn mold has in it's treads. I'm still baffled by that choice on tarn so it's cool to see functional ones here. I still hate the price and the fact he's a retool of a short figure but god damn there's at least one positive witht his aside from the asethetics and funny (somehow kinda accurate to the comic this design of him is from) wheelchair tank alt mode.
Also why the fuck is siege astrotrain suddenly 100-200 dollars on ebay, was the new one THAT bad that we got a kingdom rhinox situation again? They seem to be doing this shit with titans return astrotrain too now but there's some slightly sanely priced listings still.

So has anyone here ever gotten the Shark Maniac 01 pack? I found out about it just today via an ebay scalper listing of it and then found out it's on aliexpress for a more sane price from sellers that are like like 4.8 out of 5 feedback that's negative feedback mainly seems to be just stuff getting broke in transit sometimes. This shit came out like 3 years ago but I only find out about it now and it's basically just properly "large deluxe sized" instead of "long legends size" ss86 gnaw without the weird hollow eyes the official one has.
Can't find too many shots of it that aren't paired up against masterpiece figures but I'm pretty sure even if the robot mode is slightly too tall the shark mode is more accurate to the proper size it should be. There's also some shots in season 3 g1 where they're big beefy guys weirdly so it kind of works out.
haven't seen anything negative about these things, might consider ordering some with a pay in 4 using gift money because fuck paying 28 dollars for multiple legends sized deluxes. $40-ish for a pack 3 of them at a slightly larger scale with actually filled in eyes is so much more worth it lmao

They're apparently de-boxed and the one seller that has the box as an option wants 70+ dollars for it. no thanks. Apparently this is a thing some sellers online do now to save money on shipping, just yank shit out of the box and sell it without the box. Kinda wish I got the taller 3d printed quintesson stand some australian guy was selling on etsy a few years back (and a different light up one some other guy was selling on ebay) but I didn't so he's gonna have to be a weird little low laying cretin since I don't have a printer setup or the space/environment for one.
Still insane to me knowing how there's literally just BETTER versions of the official figures out there by KO companies these last ten ish years. Reminds me of thos kubanbayo guys or however it was spelt from a dec-shait it was a decade back already god damn. Still yeah those ones, the ones that were knockoffs that just had huge die cast parts ont hem for no real reason other than it being cool and sturdy while also including upgrade kits. All I know is if I get enough significant spending money to do another pay in 4 on something expensive transformers wise it's gonna be the 80-90 dollar siege jetfire knockoff that adds LEDs and extra joints to him, likely the black version because fuck man I am not paying 300-400 fucking dollars for a transformer figure let alone one that was originally 78 dollars.
