Oh yes, of course a computer from 2007 would struggle to load a game that was released in 1998, now maybe they meant Half-Life 2 Episode 2, which was released in 2007 as part of the Orange Box. As a teenager I couch surfed and one time I ended up with someone who would infantilize and control me in this way. I hated it so much that I chose to run away and sleep on the street (legally couldn't rent an apartment). I acknowledge that people have different experiences though, it's just strange to me that for troons it's always stunted development and not accelerated development even though both can happen.
