The Hideous part about reading this post is that I remember this case, and I remember when he transitioned in order to go live with women, it was so screamingly obvious that he was a He and had Zero interest or intention to live life as a woman and yet they paid for his transition and then moved him to a women's prison, giving him everything he wanted on a silver platter....

Those in 3rd world countries could easily do it and get away with it. Just do a terrible hackjob with non-sterilized knives and let the bacteria do their thing. Western doctors can be more subtle. Put a pouch of poison deep in their axewound that breaks once they shove in their biggest dilator.

Men should never be incarcerated in a women's prison, even if they've lost their dicks to disease, accidents, genetic mishaps, or cosmetic surgeries. Since the man in question is a rapist, I think he should just be executed (dead rapists have a recidivism rate of zero).

I just recently switched to patches because people I've talked to swear up and down that they work better than pills since they bypass the liver and I've really been trying for better chest growth. I've been on for a few weeks now and... nothing. No tenderness, no growth, no soreness. Hell, I think I've lost some up top. I don't want to get surgery but I feel like I have no other option. Every source I've read says 1-2 years but now at 18 months I've had less growth in the last year than I had in the first 3 months. I'm stuck. and I've heard everything "just eat more" , "just be patient", "get your levels tested" I've done all that and it's gotten me nowhere. I'm going to try doing my previous dose of oral HRT on top of my patches (I also doubled my dose of prog so we'll see if that helps) but at this point I don't think any of it is going to work. I just feel stuck and hopeless.

Most sources don't measure for longer than 2 years, that's where the myth of trans women's breast growth stopping at 2 years comes from. I'm transmasc so I'm not going to comment on the efficacy of different estrogen types/sources though!

This also brings more into the debate of why as many millennial LGBs seemingly unironically support trannies as those that are against them. I’m roughly Daniel’s age and obviously don’t agree with him. Is it because of performative advocacy and his obvious narcissistic personality? Or how he used to be close friends with Rupert Grint (Ron in Harry Potter)? While there are some I know that have genuine good intent for various reasons (including that the T hasn’t been dropped) I don’t feel that’s the case here.

If there's any truth to it, it's probably down to the everyone is special/participation trophy stuff, but yeah, I'm not really convinced.

I think my generation for a while had a cest la vie attitude right at the start of the explosion of modern trans rights, but that soon dried up when they started to show their true colours and it's been clear for many years now it's not acceptance, it's being held captive to cancellation. So many people i would assume are allies to them are NOT behind closed doors. A lot of people had also never even considered the issue until 10y ago and took the movement at face value for a short time.

Maybe it depends where you live, idk.

In my area it seems to be the oldest Gen Z people and the stores that support them that are the hubs. Mainly it just seems to be demographical rather than generations and the generation differences are because of which generations fill more of those demographs. God help you when you enter a game store.

I think you are right with the “behind closed doors” aspect. Even the ones that I know are still overall pro-T occasionally imply that they’re possibly starting to peak (mostly via waffling about pronouns or names). Trannies posted in this thread are often genuinely shocked or feel “betrayed” when they see or hear people refer to them or the T as a whole negatively because they thought they were stealth. In reality, people were quiet out of politeness or to protect themselves when it was easier to get fired for not calling the mister Ma’am.

I also wonder how many of the LGB vocally supporting the T feel some sort of obligation to support them because we’re grouped together for historical reasons, or were active in activism beyond a parade here and there. That whole “small but vocal” thing. Most gay people that just want to be left alone aren’t exactly endlessly screeching how trannies not being allowed in women’s bathrooms is a human rights violation.

That being said, while the Tumblr SJW movement was starting to get big in when I was in college (mid/late millennial), it seems most people my age or younger get started trooning out en masse a couple years after I graduated, after gay marriage was finally achieved and the T became the predominant subject for queer “activism.” That’d put many of them in the late/zoomer cusp range, then? I only knew one trans teen (if you could call him that) in my high school in the mid/late 2000s , and he was expelled within a week after moving to our school system for exposing himself to girls in the bathroom (which, coincidentally, he was expelled for at his old school system. Really makes you think.). They were that rare pre-2012ish.

The situation is still dire but it's slowly receding. The truly insane autogynephiles eventually dissappear into their fetish and stop leaving the house, or they get asked to leave after bringing an anime porn playmat to FNM. So much of modern troonery is driven by nerdy men, so I don't think that nerdy male-dominated hobbies will ever truly be free from trans ideology. I wish they'd go back to pretending to be vampires, personally.
It's more important than ever to archive stuff from the height of the current troon boom cause that shit actually happened and they will try to tell you it didn't.
