They all are misquoting an article.I cannot find the info on the World Population Review page. When I search "intersex", the only hit is this page, which lists "notable intersex people by country".
Indeed 1.7% is exactly the notorious Anne Fausto-Sterling figure.
"It is estimated that up to 1.7 percent of the population has an intersex trait and that approximately 0.5 percent of people have clinically identifiable sexual or reproductive variations."
They ignore that the 1.7% is "Traits" not actual intersex.
