They ignore that the 1.7% is "Traits" not actual intersex.

PCOS is actually a hormonal disorder that is a cluster of random symptoms associated with things like insulin insensitivity. Usually there are ovarian cysts involved, which is how it got its name, but not always. Case in point: myself. I do not have cysts on the ovaries. Weirdly, I have known at least two people who don't have PCOS who have had cysts on the ovaries. Also I do not like being lumped in with intersex people, thanks. I am 100% woman with a functioning uterus and XX chromosomes.

The thing about intersex people is that they're not this nebulous state between male and female. Almost all of the time they are very identifiably one or the other. Even in the more nebulous cases they are still one or the other. Do they have a Y chromosome? Then they're male. Yes, there is a 0.000001% chance or something during meiosis that an X chromosome can accidentally map onto a Y chromosome and vice versa, making an XY female or XX male, but we are not going to throw out all the rules because of that tiny, tiny chance.

The only cases I would be willing to bend in the other direction is for things like complete androgen insensitivity syndrome where a male can go his whole life thinking he's female because he appears more or less female. I think there's a corresponding condition for females too. I'd throw those in the rare "XY female" or "XX male" categories.

Other intersex conditions include things like XXX females or XYY males, I believe. I am pretty sure that the presence of the extra chromosome does not suddenly diminish how female or male they are.

The funny thing about this is that pooners who get on testosterone seem to almost always blimp right up also. This is complete conjecture, but I've been assuming that suddenly assaulting their endocrine system with T somehow gives them an appetite comparable to that of a pubescent teenage male, but because they don't actually have the metabolism of one they are very prone to getting sloppy fat. It probably doesn't help that the relative few who do exercise regularly often slow way down on that shortly after they start HRT because that's about the time they often start getting the surgeries that take forever to recover from and usually involve multiple complications and unplanned revisions on top of the 2-3 major planned ones. It's a pretty funny tranny L that whether you're MtF or FtM, abusing your endocrine system with inappropriate cross-sex hormones facilitates turning into a fat fuck in both directions. :stress::gunt:

I guess an additional confounding factor could be that trannies are, nearly without exception, veritable cornucopias of mental illness. So a disproportionate number of them could be prescribed antipsychotics, which are absolutely brutal for rapidly packing on shitloads of weight. If "gender care" was real medicine it would be a no brainer that people would be doing studies on this.

Transgender advocates like to claim that the existence of intersex people means that the average XY male can consume a copious amount of sissy hypno porn and decide he's now Lilith and it's completely "valid". The number of cases is exaggerated, but even if it really were 1.7% it would not lend credibility to the notion that castration changes a man into a woman.
 
That -2% figure is enormously inflated to cover all manner of conditions that leave a person still obviously, unambiguously male or female.

The proportion of people with intersex conditions that might leave a doctor scratching their chin is 0.02% - and they're still male or female, it's just not obvious without testing.

And yes, troons do use people with DSDs in this way, which is counter intuitive if you've ever heard their arguments about sex and gender being unrelated. You'd assume it wouldn't matter what sex somebody is or isn't if gender identify is king. What they're trying to do is widen the definition of what a man or a woman is biologically, because they believe it validates their genderfeels. It's essentially an admission that they themselves know gender identity is meaningless.

The uk mental health system is on its knees, but that’s a really nice new unit with outdoors space and a dedicated ‘lock em up’ suite (136, nicely named the acorn suite, like it’s a woodland hotel or something.) we need SO many more purpose built places like this and he’s just very lucky to have access to it.

It gets inflated when you include things like Klinefelters where there is no ambiguous genitalia and the sex is obvious (ergo it isn't actually intersex).

So the steroid community is extremely upfront regarding Testosterone and it's side effects in a way that Trannys just outright deny.

Test E or P are the most common steroid shots, and by their very nature can cause you to retain more fluids. This is in muscles, fat, your face, everywhere. It's a result of, ironically enough, the testosterone being converted into estrogen and telling the body to soften up and hold onto shit. It does this even worse if you have over 15% bodyfat (basically all pooners because women have 3-4% more bodyfat than men, and most men aren't 15%).

Now most bodybuilders acknowledge reality and understand that if you're going to have residual estrogen, you should manage it if you don't want to end up looking like a woman with soft skin and gyno tits. That's why they keep estrogen blocking medication on hand to prevent this. They will tell you don't even pin a needle unless you have it on hand first.

Pooners however think testosterone is just a magical male juice and not a hormone that can wreck your body if misused. It's like they don't even comprehend that biological men get their characteristics from the RATIO of testosterone to estrogen, and not just the presence of testosterone.
