I always want to ask these people: if being trans is totally normal and natural, and they're always been here, why don't we see loads of people in history killing themselves since they weren't allowed to transition? They'll point to people who "crossdressed" (almost always for a practical purpose and not due to mental illness), but where are all the dead troons?
It says bottom surgery, so I'm guessing it was paid for by insurance because it's "necessary" (condescending).

It's confusing because in certain lighting he looks passing, other angles show a different story.
You're right though, it seems the makeup and lighting did all the work to make him look pretty at times.
