Honestly, I have to say the women dressed as men do "pass" slightly better as in the hormones seem to do more. I'm guessing that's because it's easier to grow more hair than lose more hair (beards, body hair, etc.) and it's easier to make a voice deeper than higher (without sounding weird). Even without trans stuff, women impersonating men is often slightly more convincing than men imitating women (like in old films or theatre), but only slightly.
Regardless, neither gender truly passes outside of photoshopped selfies. We can still tell what you are.
Reminds me of an earlier post where a kid broke down crying in the street because he saw a trans "woman" and said it was a man, then his mom denied the reality. This boy is being lied to by people he's supposed to trust (teachers, parents, every adult who is supposed to uphold the truth) and it makes the child begin to wonder if there is something wrong with THEM. Agreed. Your job as an adult/teacher is to remain level headed and focus on preventing the students from harming each other. Kids are going to insult you even if you don't have a mental illness, so you just have to remember it's not personal and they'll often grow out of it. This teacher is acting more childish than his/her students.

It’ll be the same demented sexist shit all nonbinary faggots pull when describing what exactly makes them super special and not quite fully women. They see themselves as unique, fully-fleshed out, complex people (i.e, similar to how they see men), unlike the vapid, hyper-feminine, bimbo stereotype of other women that they all seem to have in their heads.

I was in college as genderspecial shit started really gaining popularity, and I found many of my female friends suddenly genderfluid and non-binary. Why? The minute I started seeing nonbinary shit, I knew exactly what it was. The problem is, the "hyper feminine super weak and girly" stereotype is not something I have really received from men. I don't doubt a lot of them probably have creeps for dads. Maybe that's part of why they turned out how they did. But so many of these stories are very similar and it's very similar in the way all their "my parents hate me and kicked me out!" stories are. I think a lot of these "dad likes my boobs" shit is fake.
