I don't know it's very cringe for me to talk about it and because of that I can't even tell my Endo about this problem but... When fat he kind of looks like who Ursala was modeled after and that was Divine a fat Drag Queen. In Divine's credit he didn't think he was a woman it was a character when he went home the dress and make up came off and he lived as what he was a gay man.
