It might give him some problem with the passport controll, but unless he's flying into a small airport in some third world country I'm sure that whoever deals with him will have some knowledge about trannies. Only major incident off the top of my head (that supports this) is former YouTube star Gigi Gorgeous being immediately detained and deported from the Dubai airport for being a “man imitating a woman.” The F on his passport meant nothing to them. In fact, it was why border control detained him. They deemed it fraudulent. Gigi looked like a white, blonde version of the guy in the video back in 2016, so trannies can’t use “white privilege” as a tactic here (or "Orange Man bad," because this was when Obama was in office). I’m assuming the Brazilians mentioned in passing later in the article were similarly heavily worked on.
