What would "gender affirming" mean to a self-professed non-binary?
What exactly is to be affirmed?
Well ...
1735592957359.png
This is kind of hard to explain so I’ll just give my example. Whenever there’s a Reddit post where everyone is talking about how awful guys are at cooking/cleaning/being people and like, especially if someone brings up men being less thoughtful/not as involved in planning I go through a series of emotions because I find it weirdly gender affirming, on account of the fact that I’m a garbage person in a relationship with a very caring and organized man.

It’s unfortunate because it’s all socialization and these stereotypes clearly put a shit ton of pressure on women to not be me but definitely scratches an affirmation itch in my brain.

Honorable mentions: getting into an argument in high school with a girl who told me I was so ugly she thought I was a man when she first met me.

I hope this is relatable because I’d love to hear what else does this to people imma be sad if I’m just weird

To be fair, AGP troons do all those things.
You mean when they force their way into women's bathrooms, knock over store displays when they're misgendered, cut off their dicks instead of seeking psychological help for their sexual disorder, and still compete in professional women's sports at record breaking times?

Like that?

You forgot bragging about becoming too weak to open mayo jars from 2 weeks on whore-moans.

I thought it was pickle jars?

One woman eats pickles while pregnant, 100% of troons autistically decide all of womanhood eats pickles all the time. (But none of us have figured out how to open the jars.)

There's also one of the hormone blocker they take that depletes their sodium, so the pickles prob help

I think it might soon be time for a "Helen Joyce derangement" thread!

The usual childish fuckwittery in action. "Why is she listed under the LGBTQ+ banner?" Because it's not a banner, it's a tag, and that is the topic she will discuss, duh.

They "respectfully and formally request" she be... de-tagged! Wow, they have really calmed down since the heyday of protests and threats at the drop of a hat.

EDIT: the inevitable Euan Weddell / Sophie Molly has put his clown shoes on and joined the fray by sending a lolsuit threat:

Which he then followed by a very polite letter.

And this is ultimately why I don’t like the words “inclusivity and equality” because they don’t seem to know the definition. To them it means “people I agree with.” They try to use fancy words that imply they want everyone to join in and they also want to be a part of the conversation, yet it never ever works out that way.

After seeing this post, I immediately wondered what OP looks like
He also brags about having D cups, which could be true considering he's obese, but it's like a homeless guy bragging about not having to pay rent. He genuinely believes he passes, and when he gets "misgendered" it's definitely due to his voice and not... everything else.

For added entertainment, imagine this autist rubbing his feet together like a cricket when he's horny.

sounds just like a gross man who's never respected women at all.

Psychology is completely captured by trans ideology. You need only read the American Psychological Association's policy documents https://www.apa.org/about/policy/transgender-nonbinary-inclusive-care.pdf

Unfortunately, if a person actually does 'seek psychological help' they will more than likely find a therapist whose only modality is 'immediate gender affirmation'.
Because the core mission is to save a life. The problem is that if they were to break the truth, most times these troons are so volatile they might soon after ACK due to it. It's better to have them alive, even if living a lie, than dead.
A lot of times it's this immediate affirmation, and subsequent finding a purpose to life, that eventually leads to them giving up on delusion. The ones that sink into it are still miserable for a reason

Here he is "heavily pregnant".
Look at how loose that fat is! That's not what a pregnant belly looks like at all, you sure as hell won't see an innie bellybutton that deep on a pregnant belly, either. That 'far along' should have the bellybutton bulging. God, the level of delusion is disturbing. Imagine trying to take the trauma and heartache of pregnancy and miscarriage and lack of accessible medical care and make it your own, when actual women have to deal with that on a daily basis. Imagine being so self centered and self obsessed. Absolutely disgusting. I'm piling tophats on myself as we speak

If a tranny says “nobody actually believes they are transracial “
Show them that r/transracial has 2211 members

There are no good arguments to why they arent valid. You dont need dysphoria to be trans. Race is a social construct. A white person can feel asian

It's quite funny how they are all going "a judge ruled she is not an expert" as if you can rule on a thing like that.

Courts can and do all the time, fren

The expert ruling in question was in the Tickle v Giggle case in Australia, about the troon trying to get into a women’s only app. It was heard in the Federal Court, so the Evidence Act 1995 governed who could give evidence.

As a very general rule, witnesses can’t offer their opinion - it’s just the facts ma’am. The relevant provisions of the Evidence Act are sections 76 and 79. The first excludes opinions in certain circumstances. Generally, you can’t offer an opinion to prove the existence of a fact. There are exceptions; the key one here is in section 79:

79 Exception: opinions based on specialised knowledge
If a person has specialised knowledge based on the person's training, study or experience, the opinion rule does not apply to evidence of an opinion of that person that is wholly or substantially based on that knowledge.

Think about a building with defects. You as the owner want to prove the builder was negligent. You might think the builder was negligent, but as they say in the classics, that’s just like your opinion, man. You need an engineer or other building professional to give their professional opinion on what went wrong. Your opinion is only admissible that you are pissed off, which is not a fact in issue. It does not prove that you are right to be pissed off. The expert’s opinion however goes to proving a fact in issue: was this building constructed to the standard of a reasonable builder?

Now go back to the case. The facts were not in issue: the app had excluded the troon. The question in the case was the legality of that exclusion, which involved complex legal questions of the interaction between the Sex Discrimination Act and the Constitution, and statutory interpretation. Whether the definition of ”woman” used by the Parliament when passing or amending the Sex Discrimination Act was a sensible one was literally not something the judge could determine, because it was not an issue. The issue was whether Parliament had the constitutional power to adopt that definition and pass legislation using it. Whatever else one might say about Dr Joyce, she is an Irish mathematician turned journalist and utterly unqualified to give evidence as an expert on that. Check paragraph 138 for the discussion.

76 The opinion rule

Evidence of an opinion is not admissible to prove the existence of a fact about the existence of which the opinion was expressed. Note: Specific exceptions to the opinion rule are as follows:

- summaries of voluminous or complex documents (subsection 50(3));
- evidence relevant otherwise than as opinion evidence (section 77);
- lay opinion (section 78);
- expert opinion (section 79);
- admissions (section 81);
- exceptions to the rule excluding evidence of judgments and convictions
(subsection 92(3));
- character of and expert opinion about accused persons (sections 110 and
111). Other provisions of this Act, or of other laws, may operate as further
exceptions.

Examples:

(1) P sues D, her doctor, for the negligent performance of a surgical operation. Unless an exception to the opinion rule applies, P's neighbour, W, who had the same operation, cannot give evidence of his opinion that D had not performed the operation as well as his own.

(2) P considers that electrical work that D, an electrician, has done for her is unsatisfactory. Unless an exception to the opinion rule applies, P cannot give evidence of her opinion that D does not have the necessary skills to do electrical work.

Someone pointed out that if someone is having periods this painful, they need to see a doctor. Cue an absolute pooner meltdown on how the commenter has absolutely no fucking right to say anything, congrats on their medical degree, and that she projects herself onto a fictional male character because it validates her. Oh, and it isn't just women who get periods, you fucking bigoted transphobe. Go to her TED Talk. Get some human literacy - whatever that is.
ted talk.PNG
The original comment was actually rather tame, but what set her off was the word, 'That woman needs to take some NSAIDs'. 'Um ACTUALLY TRANS MEN GET PERIODS TOO AND THEY AREN'T WOMEN!'

And since this takes place in a fantasy setting...why can't trans people fully transition, eh? You have magic and augmentation. Go the whole nine yards!

I do have to laugh at this pooner, who so insists that she is male, knows better than scientific fact because she embodies a fictional character and that her feelings matter more. Delightful. Pooner meltdowns are legendary in their own way. You may not get your 'IT IS MA'AM', but you will get screeching into the void and how the very word 'woman' sets them into a death spiral. Note the pure arrogance of, "I don't care about YOUR experience, MINE matters more, because I am trans and you need to fucking listen to what I say.

"Ears plugged to the whispers of common sense" she says, while thinking that trans men suddenly stopped being women because they say so. Ah, the irony.

This was followed up by another comment trying to back up the author:
ted talk 2.PNG Diagnosing endo with tests is wrong...but it's fine to pretend that men can have periods. Wunderbar. Such a work of love and passion...that was just a menstruation fetish fic, where the period pains were so bad this character (actually male) had to be confined to bed - and was cured by some oral sex. Yeah, no. Anyone who has those pains, or has experienced them, knows how borderline crippling they are.

The whole, 'don't comment if you have nothing nice to say' should have been retired in the 1950s. You say stupid shit, it deserves to be called out - full stop.
