Call me cynical, but this smells of bullshit. Why on earth would you move to a place where you’ll be killed? Why wouldn’t you say which country it is? Someone might be near enough to help. And then an ominous final message. Either it’s fake or the troon has mental health issues that go way beyond thinking he’s a woman.

I love the bit about how he has to come out to his family. Just this awkward conversation explaining that his wife is a man and always has been, so that means he’s gay and always has been. And everyone in the room except the pooner knows exactly what’s going on, and Mom and Dad will weakly congratulate him on discovering his true self, and everyone except the pooner knows that the relationship has a matter of weeks.
