Not only entitled to dating, but entitled to date the top-shelf conventionally attractive/handsome people who usually have their pick of things. T will make you infertile if you are male since taking it causes your body to shut down sperm production. i do not believe estrogen will do that, only thing ive seen when it comes to estrogen and men is that it will make an erection more difficult.

These people ARE the bullies. or did you miss the rise the last decade of using gender/politics shit as a way to fuck people over without any pushback because the people they do it to are "transphobes" after the fact? Like this narrative of "oh bullying stopped being a thing! we need to bring it back or this would never have happened!" always baffles me because like it's almost always used in response to someone clearly using some kind of manipulation tactic. It reminds me of the shit where gangs of kids would abuse "the zero tolerance on bullying policy" shit and basically pull shit like beating up some kid and then running to staff claiming they were being bullied/harassed by the one kid. It's just that but evolved into an adult form.

Especially after he just tried to take the Ring from Frodo, you think the other hobbits are fucked and then Boromir jumps out the trees like a fucking badass and kicks that Uruk in the balls, and just starts reaping them... the movie actually underestimates how many Uruks Boromir fought off, when Aragorn found him, he was sitting with his back to a tree and "over a score" of dead Orcs broken at his feet, he fought till his sword broke, even wounded to death, even in the movie, when he gets hit he keeps fighting with fucking arrows the size of broom handles in him... I loved that scene, even though I knew what happened next (I've been a Tolkien fan since the early 80's when I first read it) you're still rooting for him to hold out till Aragorn gets there... at least he got his chance at redemption after breaking the Fellowship.

Boromir wasn't a bad guy, he was desperate to save his people, and had grown up hearing legends of "Isildurs Bane", how it was some mighty weapon, he didn't know what it really was, he just didn't understand throwing away the "Ultimate Weapon" when it was Gondors darkest hour, and the Ring always preyed on the weaknesses in the hearts of men.

That scene with Aragorn as he's dying, and asks Aragorn to save his people is a bonafide mans man moment. Tolkien fought in some of the worst and bloodiest battles in human history, the Somme, Ypres, he knew what brotherhood and friendship forged through hardship was.
Its partly what I find so fucking gross and offensive when faggots try to turn Frodo and Samwise into a pair of sodomites, purient fucks with their minds in the gutter totally miss the whole point of the Ringbearers story.

The historical context that most people are not going to realize about LOTR / The Hobbit / The Simarillion & Co. Tolkien wraps this in a bunch of world history geeking and linguistics geekings, but both World Wars are also super fresh in Tolkien's mind and it sort of shows through in the apocalyptic stakes of LOTR.

The Silmarillion is actually my favorite of Tolkiens works. Its not as accessible as LotR or the Hobbit as its told more as a historical record, similar to some of the things in the Appendices to Return of the King, but theres just something about it... I love Lord of the Rings, but the whole story of the Silmarils, the Fall of the Noldor, Fëanors hubris, Fingolfin and Morgoth, Tuor and Gondolin, Turin and the Wyrm, Beren and Luthien... it just feels so epic, and thats only the first part, the Fall of Numenor, the Akkalabeth, its probably my favorite novel of all if I really had to make a list. I'd struggle to put something above it.
I like Cormac McCarthys the Road but its so fucking bleak I couldn't say its my favorite novel.
Dune was great, for the first few books but it got lost in the weeds. I like Lovecraft and Howard and other early 20th Pulp writers but they're short stories, its not the same.

I'm trying to unpack this. We need a consenting partner, which is harder to find as a man. In addition, if women wanted sex but somehow weren't aroused at that moment, lubricants exist everywhere.
