Sex between two men is high risk, the chances of spreading STDs are much higher between men than between a woman and a man or a woman and another woman.

I wish all trannies would want castration before losing their virginity then there is a less likely chance of them fucking up a kid's life with their transition. Also of course Troons are high risk look how much they off themselves. Jesus Christ if a family member troons out the first thing you should do is get a life insurance policy on them it's better odds then the lottery and just hope they hang on long enough to run out the clock on the suicide clause in the policy.

that would only be true of their own children. sadly trannies prey upon other people's children like vampires. they may not have their own children, but they have a catboy discord or a outreach group at the local middle school.

Like others have said, this is for coding/reimbursement reasons (USA) and also for aggregate research.

However, the troon is not powerless here. That's a screenshot of Epic's MyChart. The trash can icon is there for the patient to flag one of these for deletion--the doctor has the final say, but you can pick one and write a comment and they'll discuss it at your next visit.

For instance, if this dude has been clean for four years, he could remind them to change it to "history of heroin abuse." Anything that is not a current problem, it's in a patient's best interest to ask for edits.

Going to a new specialist or presenting to the ED, they'll likely have Epic access and his problem list will blow in. It'll be less difficult to get the ED physician to focus on your kidney stones if they have it from your PCP that your heroin use and homelessness is in the past.

That's a load-bearing "less;" he really should get that updated, because right now his problem list is chock full of red flags for malingering. ...hmm.

After both reading and engaging in a lot of online discussions in mostly gay cis men forums, and from my IRL experience - it seems to me that A LOT of them refuse to use any pronouns other than she/he and that they just dont believe in anything out of binary.

They claim they're proud in their community ('gay' community as in whole LGBTQ+) but then say that all the pronoun and non-binary stuff is just reversing all the progress we made and it's because it's trendy or mental illnesses.

I'm just wondering why is that since it's really sad and frustrating that even after trying to educate them they just don't care or get aggressive.
