FFS, there's a ton of trans-advocacy groups. Press for Change was the most influential until Stonewall decided to join the grift in 2015. Not what I was implying. Circumcision, at the least, has been practiced for such a long time and is so common, that there is at least a general method to it, presumably one that reduces harm and severe complications, which cannot be said of sex reassignment surgery. Most circumcisions won't result in such serious situations like needing multiple return surgeries because because part of it fell off, or because it closed up again, or whatever other hellish thing you can find in the SRS horrors thread.

I'll admit that I'm not much involved in the arguments for or against circumcision, but regardless, it is absolutely not on the same level as allowing a 16-year-old to get experimental genital surgery because they "feel like a girl".
 
Circumcision is Bronze Age savagery, but it didn't stop anyone from reproducing.

I get that circumcision has been around for millenia and it doesn't cause infertility and isn't central to fetishism but it's still genital mutilation.
