Pooner doesn't like being treated like a man when it makes her feel sad. You would think she feels validated not being affected by misogyny, but then that means being treated like any other man and not get any kind of specific treatment for people who need it.

To be fair, being thrown under the bus by who you thought were your allies hurts. But sadly, trans men have to learn the hard way that trans women only care about themselves and you are just someone ot abuse and blame. This isn't even being treated like a man, this is being treated as a scapegoat by narcs (both gendered experience). It would be more of the male experience if it was cis women.

It is hilariously close to understanding why normies hate troons. OP is sadly a victim of sexual assault like many other FtMs, and I wonder if she might just detroon one day.

It occurs to me that if you just wanted to cross dress, ordering your feminine clothes over the internet would be way less weird than trooning out first. You’re a man buying women’s clothes either way, but at least online the warehouse worker packing your shipment, if they bother reading the name at all, will just assume it’s a woman ordering with her husband’s card.

Former U.S. Teacher here:
  • Some areas, especially progressive ones, offer licenses to those who just have a college degree on the condition you get certs.
  • Para-professionals sometimes also get knocked up the ladder if they stick around long enough.
  • Some schools honestly have a part-time arts teacher, who has zero credentials in said field. This way they get around the whole idea of having a dedicated art teacher on faculty. Literally, we had some annoying-ass trans-parent mom leading the art classes at one school I was at.
  • The shortage of teachers is very real. The veteran or even "good" teachers coming out of uni see how bad kids are because admin kotows to the parents, the genderspecials are intolerable/failures, and how a lack of focus has completely destroyed their actual grade of instruction (7th graders don't know how to do PEMDAS, read at 4th grade level, etc). Those ones aware scope out and find upper crust districts, work at asian schools, private schools, or just retire/quit.
As a result you have people who should absolutely not be providing any tutelage to anyone. I remember talking to some Germans who were teachers, and they were shocked by how lax our instruction was to become a teacher. The Deustch career path to become a teacher was insanely rigorous from what they were telling me, and the kids would benefit from having such well trained teachers.

Maybe I have aggressional issues but when someone (actually) disrespects or when tech is not working like I want it, I get very angry over that but then calm myself consciously.

I always assumed that most men are like this from puberty on and just have coping strategies for that.

I think her issue is that as a women she is very.insecure and sensitive to slight verbal jabs like that and because she is on test she reacts not by being sad but by being angry and because she is not used to test the anger just overwhelms her.

Gonna be a bit fairer, there was some progress, but that progress came from just doing the same thing over and over again, so the lineart improved and got a steadier hand. But there seems to be no actual desire to improve in any way, just keep on the grind, the same way over and over again.

And even then thats still better than one curious tumblr blog i archived in 2016 where the dude was drawing like a toddler. He used Paint Tool SAI and a drawing tablet and shat out gold like this and never improved this point before yeeting his blog and deleting all his traces of the internet. (well until now)

IME, substitute teachers are total lunatics, even worse than the regular ones. Consider the worst danger haired pooner full time teacher you can think of, and ponder that there's someone more inept than she, who is at least competent enough to manage a full time job. That's a substitute teacher.
You have to be pretty bad to get fired from that.

It's a shit job with worse pay and benefits than Burger King and Aldi. And unlike those it requires a college degree. Only a certified insane person would choose this as a career.

Also former US High School Social Studies teacher who also taught SPED:

1. My district adopted this rule that students could turn in homework up to 12 weeks late. See if an employer would accept that shit--plus it fucked up my gradebook IDGAF that I was using eschool, I kept a hardcopy too.
2. My district doesn't believe in kicking out problem students. Wouldn't want Boosie, Dayquan, and Tyrone missing out on any precious instruction.
3. Every Goddamn fucking DAY was an existential torture. You wonder if you're going to make it home. Not even because a student might hurt/rob/rape/sexually assault/kill you. But because you just MIGHT go to the county clink for DARING to defend yourself, or manage your classroom.
4. They will do LIDERULLY ANYTHING but talk about the REAL reason test scores are low. Newp... total mystery about why the blacks are in the single digits.
5. The assistant principal and department head will decide if you're a "party person." Not a "party person?" They'll make goddamn certain your time in the building is so uncomfortable you'll quit.
6. While saying "You're here for the kids! If you aren't here for the kids, GET OUT NOW!" But you're there to impress department head faggot and assistant principal faggot--both most likely fellow white women who need their hard drives looked at by the local police department.

Yeah, his endocrinologist is trying to kill him. He's combining the elevated blood clot risk of an older man with the elevated blood clot risk of HRT while also killing his liver with hormone pills.

Besides, a 50+ patient wanting to transition into a woman shouldn't be getting estradiol in the first place. That's well past the average age of menopause, so to mimic female hormone levels the most accurate solution would be prescribe him only an antiandrogen and then let him suffer through osteoporosis and hot flashes while you just answer his every complaint with "it's just in your head, if you really feel you need to you can take a 100mg ibuprofen tablet before bedtime".
