It's hard to say if this guy is an adult trying to groom kids or if he's a legit kid himself getting involved with perverted adults. Women will often pay much more attention to how they speak when someone is present vs when they’re absent. Men will generally speak the same way to each other in front of you as they would if you weren’t there, at least in informal/casual settings.
