Brother... women don't go to the doctor when they have period cramps anyway, unless they have PCOS or are having some other serious episode. Even if the cramps are really bad. If he really wanted to larp as a woman he could just go to the convenience store and buy some Midol. That's what women take for period cramps lol. Then hold a pillow to your stomach and curl up in a ball for a couple hours like an actual woman suffering from period cramps...

I’ve posted this troon before: his entire life is ruined and his adult children and ex wife hate him and want nothing to do with him. But trooning out made his life “1000 times better.” Nothing says “1000 times better” like getting taken to the cleaners by your ex wife in your late 50s, losing your job and being unable to find a new one, and your adult children calling you their “ self mutilated not male y chromosome progenitor.” I guess he doesn’t need to worry about retiring though: he’ll likely 41 percent himself before he can collect social security.

Imagine this was the guy who you used to look up to taught you to ride a bike etc who looks like this now.
