The fact that they knew they could say that and get away with it tells you everything you need to know about upstate New York. I doubt they can find many competent police officers so they got good job security. He was clearly trying to provoke the pooner to attack and easily succeeded. That's the really sad part, the trans community portrays transitioning as this cool thing that loads of people are doing and once it's all over you'll have acceptance and friends and cute anime girl body. Then the reality sets in that you're a mutilated nutcase whose in and out of hospitals because the absence of behavior altering drugs will make you kill yourself.
