They'll wake up from a coma and have lost a lot of muscle mass, motor functions, even some cognitive abilities, and will have to go through grueling rehabilitation to get it all back... but the concern is if they still have their subscription service moobs.

To borrow and modify a line that's going around a lot recently, you think you hate trannies, but you don't hate them enough.

This is a great example of just how utterly insane these creatures are.
They're seriously disturbed by the thought of them laid in a coma, with their breathing and other functions being done by machines, and not having their unresponsive comatose bodies constantly being pumped with wrong sex hormones.
