Is it not understood that if you are a gay man who goes to a gay bar, you are tacitly consenting to participation in "cruising culture"?

I'm so tired of the "feeling safe" rhetoric. People deserve to be physically safe. That is an established human right. It isn't always possible to keep everyone physically safe, but it's a worthy outcome to strive for. "Feeling safe", on the other hand, is meaningless bullshit intended to be wielded like a cudgel when someone doesn't get his or her way instantly. They expect to say, "I don't feel safe right now!" and have everyone around them bend over backwards to accommodate their whims. Real life doesn't work that way, and I think disabusing a certain subset of the population of the idea that it does is going to be a huge part of ending all of the gender insanity. If you don't "feel safe" in the safest-ever era for humanity, that should be something you address within yourself, not as a societal problem.

I hate to tell you this, but dilating is a lifetime thing, and you will most certainly get complications after complications. Your body sees your bottom surgery as a wound it must close up to prevent infection.
