I know it's a UK company, but what inappropriate names could suddenly open them up to lawsuits? Were the staff members during Shogun 2 development based and redpilled and had online names like "slantkiller66", "gookdestroyer77", "BoJoisafaggot" or "Xithenonce"?
I think the problem is somewhere in asia.

Little bit late but the Kislev roster for WH3 has been revealed.
No sled for Katarin, which is a bit sad, but otherwise it's alright, what we expect.
It's a pretty good roster aside from the lack of variety in mount options. What's disappointing is that we didn't really learn anything new from this reveal, since we've seen all but two of those units already. Marketing for WH3 has really been a mess so far.

I think they are banking on people buying it anyways. WH2 is by far their most popular and still played game/series, so people are going to buy it anyways. Roster is going to be a bit bare, but that was also the same with WH2 at launch.

Marketing is just bizarre. WH2 marketing was better in a way, every month and a half they focused on a faction, and they played up the "Skaven? What are those" as a in universe joke until they were released. This one they are flat out going "nah, not telling you guys much of anything, or doing things systematically". They aren't even giving us a release date, which makes me think it could potentially be delayed.

Yeah, they've got these weird gaps that make me think they're in crunch time right now and things aren't coming together like they'd hoped. It's been what, six weeks since they opened presales with the promise of a race pack as the early adopter bonus a la Norsca- and since then, we haven't heard a peep about what that race will actually be or when we can expect it.

Much like Norsca's inclusion in Mortal Empires, I have a sneaking suspicion that the code base for current game 2 and game 3 have diverged to the point where they're having trouble putting all the pieces together.

As far as Kislev goes, it's... Fine. Basically if the Empire and the High Elves had a baby that loved vodka.

You're correct on all the above, but even though they're a mish-mash we get winged hussars and bear cavalry out of it, so I'm not complaining too much. Also, limited artillery for Kislev? Bruh, the Kislev port city of Erengrad is the only place in the Old World you can drop down gold and walk away with cannon that same day, no need to advance order unlike with Nuln.

The lack of release date as well. I remember when they showed off the Brass Citadel battle they kept going "oh, this is alpha, nothing set yet". I'm expecting December because if it was earlier, say October, by now we would probably know about it.

I assume that most of that is being saved for DLC, the stingy fucks.

Also, the real Chads only buy artillery in Zharr Naggrund

Doubt it. Erengrad would be too much like the Empire. That, or to do it justice it would need a completely unique roster given how un-Kislevite it is from all of the Tileans, Bretonnians, Imperials, and even plenty of High Elves living there. Its also a more wretched hive of scum and villainy than Marienburg, and that's saying something.

Trying to remember but has TW ever released Lords in FLC? Just curious if Hierophant Lords are in the future of Tomb Kings, my Princes need a place in armies.

Recently they released Rakarth on his own. No DLC connected.

Was looking at just plain old lords not legendary lords. Would be nice to be able to bring a Hierophant outside Khatep and having an army for Princes.

Plain lords I don't believe so. Heroes yes, usually through Total War Access. Don't think they are going to start anytime soon.

And now Khorne's Roster Reveal

Edit: ooo Soul Grinders make an appearance, that's cool.

Soul grinders are really the only new bit of info atm. I fully expect the roster to be fleshed out more with DLC. Start bringing in units from The End Times like Skullreapers and Wrathmongers of Khorne. Otherwise it looks possibly a bit bare bones.

What I worry is that we are going to be getting Chaos Warrior variations for the other Gods. Chaos Warrior (Nurgle/Slaanesh/Tzeentch) as well as just general variations of other units. Again, if that is the case then I expect DLC will enhance the differences but I'm still not sure.

Just like everyone suspected, TWW3 is delayed to early 2022.

Also Cathay reveal tomorrow.

Sad, was looking forward to a potential Christmas purchase. Well, so long as it avoids the shit of Rome 2, then it's all good. Hopefully Cathay impresses.

Would've loved it to hit this year but I'd rather they actually get it done before they ship it out this time, no crippling bugs or half-functional bullshit. Hoping this means we'll see some good reveals in the future though, I'm still expecting at least one of the four gods to get shafted on units or flavor.

Probably Slaanesh if I had to guess. They are going by TT, and iirc Slaanesh's roster was the smallest out of the daemons. Probably going to be a good bit of recycling.

See that Guan Yu asset reuse for the sentinels. Overall, looks pretty good.
