I heard him trying to take on Richard Spencer and LeoPirate. He speaks slowly, gets repetitive, laughs dopily and struggles to make a point. If I didn't know how he looked like, I swear he is suffering from either low IQ or Down Syndrome! Or maybe he is just drugged up.

It might have been posted in this thread earlier but there was an interview Kami did with some right-wing guy and it was mostly on the topic of trolling and lolicon. Kami, unironically and legitimately, was defending loli porn and made the argument that if you don't find it attractive you're gay. But more to the point, it was the same weird laughing fits, he would ask Kami a question and he would descend into foppish hysteria and sidestep the point or some shit. Once I saw that post up there by @Captain Chorizo it all clicked; okay, this dude is just straight up gay and autistic.

Ukrainian and Russian are two different languages. Similar, but different. A quick search showed that the native language of 2/3 of Ukrainians is Ukrainian, and a little under 1/3 have Russian and their native language.
