The city is, again, Seattle.

The Seattle pic is taken from this Seattle Times article [🏛️], published on February 19, 2019 (Kami's image was posted in August of 2020, and you can see that the construction is further along in the image from the Seattle Times, so his was actually taken before February, probably before 2019 even).
Both photos were taken from this building (View on google maps, if you turn around you can see the white alcohol store with red accents on the bottom of the Times picture, from the same angle but from the ground):

Now that we know he definitely spent some time in Seattle at the time of ~2018 - and so it's no doubt it was his business - the question is : What was Plur Populous LLC?

Hes funny, but just another useless loafer. I cant respect a guy who thinks a job is playing with yourself online all day. Its pathetic, theyd make much more working doing anything really.

Also that thing about kami unbannable being on some buggery forum
 
I think the funniest Kami moment is when he does the "Jewface" stream and encounters that they/them of colour or whatever the person is. He gets into an argument with them and ends up breaking character to angrily rant at them about blacks and Jews. Typical alt-righter, has a persona based on pwning and epically trolling t3h libz but gets easily triggered when someone doesn't agree with him.

I’m sure he’s in Immigration Court hell and if not then he’s just doing his best to avoid ICE, which isn’t that hard. He is very likely in the position that if he ever leaves the USA he will be permanently banned from re-entry. This might be why he is still here, if he leaves it’s forever.

It’s suggested he did get married to an American citizen but he strikes me as the type who would think that’s all he needed to do and not follow through with paperwork, or married her after he was already overstayed his visa so he’s fucked even if he’s married to a citizen.
