IDK how the FBI works but it seems unlikely they would raid his apartment for a rape that happened a year ago.

According to him in his post, The claim he submitted is pinned on a AZ police site with the note "The victim will need to file a police report." So nothing is going to happen unless the victim comes forward

These messages read like they were faked, although I don't find them to be totally unbelievable.
 
Yeah, it almost seems like information is volunteered for the purpose of shocking the viewer, which isn't what someone doing damage control would say. Who knows though, people have had breakdowns over pettier things.
