If you're congested as well, then it's probably a sinus infection, and the swelling is pressing on the nerves and causing the toothache.

If you're not congested, then the infection is probably the tooth itself.

Either way, you have an infection and need to get it looked at. You'll end up with antibiotics either way, but that tooth might also need to come out. Go to a professional and get it taken care of. Tooth pain is agony and only for masochists and other associated freaks.
Only if you were a solider in the trenches of the Somme. Go to the dentist for the ache and drink lots and lots of water while you monitor your fever. You should be fine.

Get some heavy duty anal lube. The one that has lidocaine in it. Gargle that. It will help with the pain. If you have fever then you really need antibiotics. Systemic symptoms hint that it's not just a tooth problem anymore

Either wait for the tooth to die though hours and days and months of intense pain or just stop being a baby and go get it pulled.

When I was a young man out on my own for the first time, I had the entire crown break off of a wisdom tooth.

I left it like that, exposed root and all,
for a couple of years because I was afraid of what the dentist would charge to remove it. It ended up being $150, and I felt retarded.
