Timestamp you nigger. I'm not listening to an hour of legal bs to humor you. Where does the SCOTUS rule that the majority of judges don't read warrants? I doubt that's in oral arguments. Barring that, I'll accept evidence of a majority of sitting justices saying that the majority of judges don't read warrants. I also doubt that is in oral arguments.

Yes, people are going to be so afraid of some retard that can't leave his home without his senior citizen parents accompanying him. :story:

Judges have to read the forms to make sure everything is correct. When a warrant is made it goes to a senior officer for review before it goes to a judge to sign. The judge then reads it to make sure it follows all the proper procedures. Normally it always does and gets signed.

Todd Daugherty has stated he knows the victim was born in 2006 and now is 18 years of age. So when they seized his computers six years ago via a legal warrant, the age of the victim was only 12 at the absolute most and probably less than that.

Todd's lawyer stipulated that the search of his computers could continue (first Toad said 90 days). as part of the Nolle Presqui. The FBI had the computers before the Nolle Presqui was issued, did a search and before the 90 days were up found child porn on his computer in plain sight. They immediately then stopped the search and got a 2nd warrant (which Toad won't show by the way) to continue the search for child porn. Toad never talks about the 2nd warrant

Add the fact Todd never asked for his computers back until at least 2022 (he posted here in Kiwifarms that he thought the local police still had his computers in 2020 which shows he didn't ask for them back or he would have known the FBI had them).

The judge never issued an order for the seized items to be returned.

The warrant was quashed, plain and simple, they had no right to maintain control over the computers. BTW again you're getting that information off a commercial website has no connection with the courts.
