From what I can gather, Mr. President, Todd is saying the cops only had a warrant to search his stuff, not seize it. The fact they found an indecent image means nothing because they shouldn't have seized his computer with the warrant they were doing. It's big cope.

Except Mr. Daugherty is lying. The warrant specifically says to seize the material. TO BE SEIZED in the last section.

They were supposed to search the computers and only seize three files, that it. They seized more then what were suppose to. Plus the warrant was voided and they no longer had a warrant. They can't search electronic devices without a warrant, just like they can't search your house without a warrant.

Court records state and show they were suppose to search the computers and seize three files. The officer who wrote the warrant put the shit in the wrong place, because he had no experience in writing a affidavit or a warrant

The issue is the warrant, the warrant seized the computer and all the files on the computer. According to court documents they were only supposed to search the computer, but instead they seize them. that's why in 2018 - 2019 we asked for the computers back after the warrant was quashed and the police refused to return them, because they were seized contraband. They had no right to search to the computers because the warrant for the computer was quashed. the basically found that image on my computer without a warrant. In the United States you have a warrant to search ANY electronic device, including cell phones and computers (Riley v California US Supreme Court).

Do you think they are gonna sit in your Stink Grotto in the back of your parents house and copy files from your computer? That's not how computer forensics work.
