If he's lucky the Judge will given him a short sentence, a fine and signed to the sex registry given that he's retarded. Though that rarely happens for cases like this. It would be different if he was just a murderer. That's easier for mentally handicap seniors. When it comes to cp the courts don't care if you're in your 80s. You're going to prison.

Not only that, other inmates don't care for "baby rapers" once he gets incarcerated his life will become a living hell. As a former correctional officer I can tell you that none of the guards will do much to help him. They don't care for those that commit sex crimes on children. .
 
Isn't going to happen, the whole this is going to get dismissed. As I've stated the search warrant was supposed to search the computers, instead they seized them. On the warrant, the computers should have been in the search section, instead they were in the seizure section. By having them in the seizure section they not only seized the three files they were supposed to seize but they also seized over +20TB of data and information, more than what they were supposed to have, making it a General Warrant.

The warrant is broken into two parts the search part and the seizure part. The computers were supposed to be searched three files were to be seized. instead of putting the computers in the search section they were put in the seizure section. they weren't supposed to be seized, only search. By seizing all the materials on three computers three external hard drives, one internal hd and five to six jump drives equaling around total 15 to 20 TB of information, more than what they courts order them to take. The court (and we have proof) told them to search the computers and seize three files. when the officer wrote the warrant he put the computers in the seizure section. THAT WHY THE FUCKER REFUSED TO RETURN THEM!! THEY WERE FUCKED SEIZED. The cop who wrote the warrant fucked up and made it a general warrant because they seized everything in the computer. WHEN THEY ONLY SUPPOSE TO BE SEARCHED.
