That's not the document..... Show us the document you say where the AUSA says they declined prosecute because it was a general warrant AND it was only one image.

Oh, and 3/12/2024 came and went and guess what???? No motion to dismiss or motion to suppress was done. Just another delay tactic. Of course these motions are going to be filed, they are filed in any criminal case, and usually promptly rejected by the judge.

Again, not go happen, they went through those computers without a valid search warrant, which means this case is going dismissed. In April of 2018 the state filed a motion to dismiss and on page 2 of that motion it state "Any warrants or summons previously issued are hereby quashed"
