He should probably start learning to sit down when he needs to take a piss. His cellmate isn't going to want to walk in it and when they ask to see your papers he better show it. After that, don't ever talk about how long you're in for. Chances are your celly is in there longer and he'll just sound like he's bragging. Depending on the prison there's a high chance the guards will turn their backs while he gets the shit beaten out of him. Happens often enough in the West. Not sure how it is out East.

Toad is in for a life of hell. Illinois prisons are over crowded and violent. The water is even dangerous to drink. As a sex offender he will not have an easy time of it. Toad will be beaten and often, Toad will be raped and often. Likely he will kill himself or another inmate will do it for him.

Toad's parents will be buying commissary for most of the white people in his dorm as part of his tax. He will be in a dorm and his bed will be next to the bathroom and inmates will rub feces and piss on his pillow and bed and fart on him as they walk by.

Toad said he was sick the entire time he was in jail last time and prison will be much worse as it won't be a small county jail.

And that the warrant wasn't a general warrant and was very specific and detailed what they were looking for that can only be done in a forensic environment to protect the evidence. It's just Toad had child porn in the open and once discovered immediately stopped the search and got a second warrant to search for child porn.

He doesn't understand that when you go through a computer you have to go through every file. There are some lawyers out there that think it's against privacy laws but those same lawyers don't know anything about computers and how you can just rename files or even just switch file types. It's not like going through someones filing cabinet and taking it as evidence. Today it's easier to do so because there are AI tools that help them identify what's in each file which helps speed up investigations. It's why if you want to hide shit you'll either want to compress it with something with zero exploits, and good encryption (AES256 wont cut today). Try either Threefish or SHACAL. You should also learn to make your own programs and custom file types. Though this doesn't prevent the file from being open. This is just to get AI to pass over it.

I was was originally going to go back to school to take courses on computer forensics and work at a casino in Nevada, but my girlfriend at the time left me so there was no way I was going to move to the States for nothing and stayed put.

Pretty sure I could still work for the government as a contractor while working at a casino but the best paying casinos are probably run by criminal families.

Actually it does work, we opened it up and everything. We believe it's the software that they gave us. it's not the right software, it acts like it want to program it but it doesn't. My technician stated that this was good repeater, just the software is the wrong type. We also learned that another club is using the same repeater and were going to ask them what software they are using and or if we could have a copy of it.

Illinois prison's are very bad. Over crowding, gangs, even the water is undrinkable in some cases.

Obviously we hope nothing happens to him (snicker) but I feel that his fellow inmates need to know that he is a pedophile. That is why I intend to write them. Toady will get no help from the Aryan Brotherhood because of his Jewish status. Pretty sure that they don't like pedophiles in any case.

Hopefully he'll be sent to a prison near East St Louis, Chicago or Cairo where the guards are all black. He'll like that even more.

They have the right to search to completely search the computer, the issue is they don't have the right to seize everything. It's like going into someone house with a search warrant to seize a few files in a filing cabinet, but the warrant is worded so broadly that instead they seize the whole filing cabinet. A computer is nothing more than a filing cabinet, and the court have ruled that you do have a greater expectation of privacy then do in your home because a computer can hold millions and millions of documents, more than what you could have in your home.

The issue is they had no search warrant, the search warrant was quashed in April of 2018, but the police didn't care that the search warrant was quashed. That US government refuse to take the case, because the search warrant was quashed. instead of returning the computers like they were supposed to and was asked to do, they violate the law by not only searching computers with a broad search warrant but also did it a broad search warrant that was no longer valid. They searched the computer without a warrant.

When filing cabinets are seized they are listed as storage devices when it comes to inventory instead of listing document by document in terms of contents.

No, you said for the years the US Government refused to take the case because it was "only one image". You also didn't even know and doubted the FBI had your computers in 2022 and yet in April 2018, you said the FBI told you they didn't find tor. So how is that possible?

Well, show us the actual document from actual discovery where the US government said it was a general warrant and that's why they refused the case.
 
I think you're missing the fact that the search warrant they had was no longer valid because judge quashed it back in April of 2018 two months before they found the image. the police went through the computer without a valid warrant.

that was ONE reason JACKASS.
