I have news for you, there isn't going to be a case. if there is it will get thrown out on appeal the reason there is not going to be any case is the warrant, they had to search the computer was quashed. they illegally searched those computers.

Your lawyer made no motion to get the 2nd search warrant thrown out during your initial appearance or in your pretrial today. She could have made the motion today or even back in September. Why should she just let you sit in jail and then tie up your Daddy's money when she could have had this whole case dismissed months ago? But you know everything, don't you?

Yea, but still he finished law school. Toad graduated high school a year late in retarded education and retarded work studies and couldn't even finish DeVry University. His biggest post high school success was getting a Fast Food Certificate, a 2 hour class where they give you all the answers to the test in advance and all fast food works in Illinois are required to take, which Toad claims he got 4 college credits for.

I got a 5200 that works with Pacman and Defender but can't find controllers for it and that was always the weak point on the 5200.

Assuming that you're the real ex-N0VFP, the only thing that makes Todd a bigger LOLcow than you is his engagement with the LE community, and, the determination of this current matter not withstanding, 75%+ of those events were due to hoax complaints and his own propensity to talk trash at police. Lloyd might be lolcow material but he doesn't go into criminal, deeply disturbing behavior like Doc Dot/'Todd Doherty/N9OGL/Todd Daughety/Fox Smith does or criminal behavior. Lloyd's fun to laugh at though but Lloyd doesn't take it too pesonalily. Not the lolcow material he was 10+ years ago though, Lloyd has matured quite a bit especially with the death of AB8MQ Woger.

But as Uncle Buck said basically, if Toad learned to shut his mouth instead of taunting the cops and everyone else, no one would bother him. People like me taunt Toad because we are trolls and he falls for it and gives us a kneejerk reaction to laugh at. I also blame his enablers, his parents, because they could have and still can cut off his WWW internet access which ends all of this for him. If Toad disappears from doing stupid shit on the public internet, everyone forgets about Toad and stops picking on them and this thread would drop to the bottom of kiwifarms.

Toad seems to have shut his mouth since his court appearance this week, maybe he's finally following the advice that I, and any lawyer in the world would give him, and that is to shut the fuck up especially about the criminal case. However, if Mr. Daugherty wants to resume this stupid game, I'll entertain him.

both parties know what the other side has. In other words, everything in that document is from discovery which was given to me by the state. It's not my fault they are to retard to go through all their files and make sure there wasn't anything that could screw up their case.

The facts are the police lied on the affidavit, there was strong evidence in discovery that shows a third party may have been involved in this, and the police went beyond the scope of the warrant (which was invalid anyway), turning it into a general warrant, which is prohibited by the 4th amendment. there is also evidence in the discovery (which was given to me by the state) that suggest the police either didn't follow proper procedures or was involved in this. They will have to address everything in court when I bring it up, if not then I will go to the US Federal Courts

And the part where he claims be police were knocking on his basement door because he was looking for a lost cat was the same thing he said when he was arreested in 2015. For him to be telling the truth, the same blind cat had to be hiding twice at the exact same time the police showed up.

The truth is he was trying to hide from the poilce in the basement hoping they would go away when they were trying to arrest him in 2018, and rather than the police breech with guns, they waited until his parents got home and they talked him into coming out of hiding.

No idea how much interest there would be but I think the HAM community deserves it's own PG thread. There are many notorious members of the amateur radio community and it's home to some of the most autistic boomer slapfights imaginable. In HAM radio, segments of frequencies are referred to by their bands. 80 meters is notorious for being what is essentially proto-4chan but for decrepit baby boomers. Or in the case of Todd Daughefty his parents made him get rid of his HF equipment.

At age 54, he still lives with them and are his legal guardians. He couldn't even buy a trike because his parents wouldn't allow it. instead they gave him persmission to buy a chld sex doll.
