Drew a Sanic recolor for the fan jam in the Chris forum, applied for seasonal jobs to give me something to do between Election Day and January, and organized people to make phone calls for some candidates.
 
Today I have finally found nice appartments in Zurich at affordable price. I'm going to visit Switzerland next month, it's my old dream. I checked area phone code here in case of unforeseen circumstances and booked an excursion with a local guide to visit more sightseeings .

Checked out a tiny pizza place that opened in a same building a two huge grocery stores (it exists on a space smaller than my room, and is managed by a single guy), milkshake was divine, but pizza itself rather bland (and had sauce baked into omelette on it, for some reason).
 
I saw this thing. It kind of looks like one of those OC furry monsters, with the neon colors going on. Very peculiar creature design.

Today I worked on my car because the headlights mysteriously went out. Fixed it. Exercised. Did my laundry. Went on a first date that I don't think is going to work out and then vented about it to my friends on discord. I'm learning more about how to cope with awkwardness than anything else.
 
Today in Wildlife Rescue Land, we had a bird come in that initially was perfectly fine- we weren't sure why he was brought in- but one of our techs got a bad grip on him so when he made an escape out of his crate she accidently ripped all his tail feathers out. He continued to try and escape despite his feather situation and flew headfirst into a window.
All that ruckus got the rooster (also a patient. His name is Sgt. Pepper.) excited so there was a lot of cockadoodle-dooing for the next few minutes.
We also had four deer come down from the hillside for a visit.

Really Sucks only because of the eggs. Everything else is for the better.
Im kinda doing the same except of course for the egg part.
Are you really that intollerant to them?
On the bright side, you wont have to worry about getting fat ever again.

Either way if you need suggestions or support, you can ask me no problem.

That's really sweet.
I'm in the process of finding the best 'free from' foods so if you have any suggestions please throw them at me. I'm really enjoying Rebel Kitchen Mylk at the moment :)
 
Today when I was celebrating my birthday downtown I paid a visit to our infamous bubblegum alley, which I have to show you photos of. I didn't take a long shot of it since there were some people nearby but I think you can really take in the sheer majestic biohazard just fine in these photos.
Keep in mind that this a small part of ONE side of the alley.

That lump isn't part of the building, it's a spot where the gum is built up nearly three inches thick.

Ah. This is SLO, right?

Been out all day working. Got groceries. Came home, made salad and I’m exhausted. I’ve already gone to bed but I can hear my roommate using the sink and I feel like an asshole because I just realized I forgot to wash my dishes.

Her birthday is this Wednesday. I wonder if I should get her something.
 
Today was the fitst time I shared with an old school straight razor. I look like my cat viciously attacked my face and neck, but holy fuck is my skin smooth.
 
Today I have found out what the bang on my roof was from last night. I thought a bird ran into the window or something. Well, I found what caused the thump. Someone (or something?? bird??) dropped a fish on my fucking roof.

We just found the fish: it's like a 2 foot long carp.
