My car's year-old batter has failed. I seriously think the Taurus is fucking cursed or something. So far it's been one tire, one computer, one-now-two batteries... in two years.

Oh, and I sperged so hard over the newly-mailed Burgess Seed Company catalog. Little pleasures and all that, boys.

I love the toxic, hallucinogenic plants in my garden. I already have the common moonflower aka sacred datura. But imagine how the white datura would look with tall inverted purple double-frilled datura hanging over them with blue and dark purple morning glories all over the stems.

Today I got my thumb clawed by a cat at the vet. At first I thought it was just a tiny scratch, but then blood kept spraying everywhere. The doc was kind enough to disinfect and bandage the wound, but now I must keep a look out for whether it gets worse or not, and I can't overexert my left (dominant) arm for 5 or so days. This is particularly frustrating since a: I was about to finish a bunch of cool drawings and b: I was planning on playing songs like "Roundabout", "46 and 2", and "Bang Bang" at my best friend's birthday this Saturday.

Oh, and I'm typing with one hand, appropriating amputee culture like the overprivileged cishet shitlord I am.

During the course of the shutdown, a guy at my work got hired and fired. None of us liked him, was unprofessional, and got us into a lot of Legal trouble. My boss had me witness him clear his name from the schedule.
 
burnt a cake to shit but salvaged it, only to have my dog eat the entire thing while waiting for it to cool.
 
Gone from healthy to sick in record time. At about 11 AM this morning I erupted into a sneezing fit for no reason and have felt tired and congested since then.
 
My boss said he was proud of my work, and had my hours extended. Turns out he hired shitloads of people over the years that were like that guy in my previous post. So it looks like they're keeping me.
 
Got pulled over for running a "Stop" sign, politely pointed out to the peace officer it was in fact a yield sign. Was told to have a nice day, poor dude was coming off an overnight shift and looked rough.
 
Today I likely flunked a test because the half of the material I did actually study wasn't on the test while the half I neglected was. Fuck.
 
Today I just got out of bed, reheated a day old cheeseburger and I am currently watching youtube videos and posting on some forum. AMA.

Burger King. I have a bad habit of ordering something after a day of classes and not touching the bag until the next day.

If you have a toaster oven, French Fries can be reheated. The more you know.
 
Today (well, yesterday, but who's counting) I spent an inordinate amount of time tapping 25/64" threaded holes in inch-thick steel bar. I have to do more today, and I'm not looking forward to it.
