Slight powerlevel, but in highschool I used to know a girl with tourettes. The most she ever did was close her eyes really hard sometimes, maybe twitch a little. Even if this chick's tourette's was that extreme I guarantee she would not be laughing if she had to deal with yelling "BEEP BEEP" every time she drives (funny how her ticks are contextual too rather than random shit!).

It's the laughing that does it. She fucking knows those aren't tourette's tics, she knows she's acting like an ass on camera for asspats and she's receiving them. I remember quite a while ago watching "Real Life" on MTV with my sister. The subject of the episode actually had Tourette's, and her daily life was full of medications and misery because her brain was just that broken. I distinctly remember she had a small part in the school musical and she was very worried about performing. They showed her doing so, and then for the remainder of the clip she laid on the backstage floor the rest of the play having a conscious seizure from forcibly suppressing her tics/brain function. Tourette's ain't cute.

On a much lighter note, this thing is cool and I want one to play my weeaboo music on.

I was about to ask "wtf how is this chick fat" and then the video changed and I just went "oh..."

I think the whole trend of playing the first 3 seconds of a video and then changing to some ugly ogre reacting to it annoys me more than it should.
