Anyway women should be armed and trained but they shouldn't have automatics because they're too weak to manage the recoil and also I've seen how they drive. Women have better fine-muscle desterity than men, they're probably better suited as designated marksmen than anything involving full auto.

You're pretty unlikely to be able to effectively use a firearm against somebody within 20 feet unless you're well practiced and have already clocked them as a threat.

In the event that somebody's trying to physically assault or restrain you you're often better off with a knife.

But obviously it's not an either/or and the cool thing about being American is you can carry both.

I'm just a little racist and also, I hate suburbanites. It's a stereotype that Southern people out in the sticks are the ones who play with guns the most often, but it's a stereotype for a reason. You're isolated out there, the police department might barely be functioning in your county. If someone or some creature is fucking with you, your best bet is to annihilate it. Not call the cops and lay down and take it while you wait an hour for them to even show up, much less assess the situation.

Also, I feel like a machine gun would make a nice coming of age gift for a girl.
