Tom is nothing if not vindictive. Right before responding to my email about pho, he cancels the rewards on my channel because he see a to "own" someone who disagrees with him. This is after I was on the platform for 6+ months without a single issue, when I had been promoting them and assuring others that Odysee is a good platform....
Tom would then subtweet everyone involved in this conversation over what was transformative.
It’s interesting that Jdanks (not the homeless Californian streamer Jdanks, but one of the "Jdanks army" people, a group from bitwave that all use Jdank's name) responds to Tom’s tweet. You think it would end here but Tom was ever so grateful for the support.
(this is a dm between Tom & that Jdanks account on Twitter) I got this from someone who associates with them.
According to Tom this is the right person to discuss a fellow employee & my channel to. This person was nice to Tom on Twitter so they couldn't be a troll. Gunt Guard logic.
Meanwhile the Jdanks people like to deplatform others and film themselves committing crimes.

There should be a rule if you make a copyright claim that video gets automatically placed on the claimer’s channel. Ralph’s stream & Pho’s are different products and are for different audiences.

Tom shouldn’t be handling situations where it’s a complete conflict of interest for him. He has Ralph’s show on his own personal channel & has a financial investment.

It's interesting he says that, considering that just this week he asserted that "full shots of the original [work]" - without even the aforementioned changes - can be fair use:

Was checking out cuck of doom's thread and someone linked to a stream by one of Rand's cohost defending the Futa enthusiast. After they finish claiming everything is fake and gay, that it is all Josh's fault and that KF only has 2 or 3 users, they actually stream a movie in its entirety:
I remember during stream me days, these were the same retards that streamed 24/7 to try to win the contest but since they didn't have content, they just stream movies and TV shows and claim they are doing "commentary".
Anyway, the point is, that as long as you are on Ralph's side, you can stream Hollywood movies and Odysee will allow it, but if you dare use any of the gunt's content even when it's fair use, Tom will come after you.
