What is it with troons always managing to slither their way into being moderators? This one is shitting up a shitposting group I'm in with its unfunny tranny memes.

It's the autism. High functioning autists are not only rigid thinkers, but they are persistent and seem to lack shame. I work with this one older lady who obviously missed getting diagnosed because they didn't do that back then. She does shit to get her way that I would have long ago gotten the hint, "this is an unpopular idea and it's making everyone mad, I should stop." God the amount of unpaid labor she will sink into our job to prove me wrong only to still not be favored is hilarious. She also has this high drive to control what everyone is doing even though she's not the real boss and has never in her life tried to be the real boss. No, it's much better to work for free pretending to be a boss.

I'm not too familiar with that, but I think tranny charecters can work if they display them as unstable. Buffalo bill from silence of the lambs was iconic, the big problem is is they portray them as "100% totally normal". I'm actually completely ok with trannies being portrayed as monsters
As someone who enjoyed conkers bad fur day this gives me the heebi jeebis. Conker WAS NOT the type to do that, and adding "burned out" to it makes me think that they are fantasizing about a version of conker who was so brutally raped they were mentally broken, because I can't see why ELSE conker would turn into that.
Really I almost think this would qualify for the Tranny self report thread.

Honestly I'm not OK with trannies being depicted as anything else, because it's not true to life or common sense.
Trannies are, at best, victims of body horror, at worst, they are predatory monsters.

I remember ages ago a friend telling me there two types of underdogs. I don't remember how or why it lead to this but it basically boiled down to this: you have one type of underdog who takes his faults and traits and goes on to improve his sense of self. Then you have a second type of underdog who takes all the bad things in his life and becomes dejected and bitter over them. They now have a desire to be above others through harsh methods, even if its detrimental to their own dignity or logic. The latter is what compels most people, not just trannies to become mods.
Because who in the fuck wants to have power over faceless dudes on shitposting hubs or niche fandoms? Only someone whos mentally ill and devoid of any desire at self-improvement or relative happiness. Trannies always fall into this category and its not just exclusive to moderating websites.

The "troon virus"? I mean, if coming out as yourself does lead to your content getting worse, I guess you can call it a virus, sure. I think it's less coming out as transgender and more how you handle the coming out that can determine continued success. Jim Sterling's sub count, as I understand, has only shrunk since then, and it remains to be seen what will be Jon's fate in the future, I could definitely see it going either way. I have come across several channels, small and big, that either continue to stay great or decline into obscurity as a result of coming out after establishing another public identity. At least with content creators like Lady Emily, they took care of all that before getting itno YouTube and got themselves involved in dumb bullshit because of who they are as a person rather than what they identify as.
Power Guy is cool, haven't checked out his content in ages but that would be a legit curveball if he wound up troonin'.

Coming out as transgender in and of itself isn't repugnant, but it's also not something to take lightly. If someone "was" a rapist before coming out, then the act of coming out does not absolve that behavior, no, but I'm sure they would try to use the coming out as a way to cover that up. You see many such cases of this. I also do believe that some people are taking advantage of this recent wave of "coming out" to sneak in and satisfy their own degenerative behavior. To argue otherwise is foolish when the evidence is plainly out there, we've seen people like Jessica Yaniv and other no-names either get caught in the act, or they pull the "trans card" to get out of it. I remember reading about a case involving some criminal going to a gym, claiming to be trans, and being able to be naked in the shower room even in the presence of young girls. Even when they were caught and reported to the gym, the gym did nothing to stop said criminal. I really don't know how anyone can spin that as anything but disgusting.
Maybe gyms are now ruined by troons.

But that is the thing...when people do this, they are not " coming out as themselves" as there is no way a man can be a woman no matter how much makeup, clothing, or medical treatments/surgery they have. If a person likes things that are gender non-conforming or wants to cross-dress, fine, but that still does not make them a woman.
Anyway, a lot of this stuff is driven by social contagion, and as this sort of thing has taken over much of the online and social media world, a lot of people in these spaces end up trooning out to follow the trend.

I remember hearing someone say that in such cases it's better for transgender people to be considered separately. I.E. a "Trans Woman" can never be the same as a normal woman. I'd rather not use cis, though, since that strikes me as redundant. Even if people like you don't agree with that, it's certainly better than what the crazies want which is for everyone to assimulate into one group, and even through the most optimistic lens possible, I cannot fully agree that that will work out. All one needs to do is look at the situation with sports: Even with extensive medical intervention, a biological male will outperform a biological female in most cases, creating an unfair environment. Put them in a separate category and it patches that issue up; Yes they'd inevitably complain and probably would start some petitions or whatever, but that's common everywhere, there will always be people who disagree even when it is the objective best decision for everyone.
I do agree that a lot of the people you see "coming out" online are doing so for attention and/or to follow a trend. There is a reason transgender/transsexual people were rarely brought up or talked about until recently, and it's because the real ones would rather keep to themselves. I would be more skeptical of people who are "loud" about being trans versus ones that are more reserved, and indeed, a lot of the loud ones seem to wind up being the craziest examples, to the point where we maybe should be thankful if they're "just" crazy and not actually pedophiles/rapists behind the scenes!
In that case I agree with you 100% it is wrong.

Currently, however, Im at a friends house and I'm alone with his PS5 and a selection of modern titles. As I explore them, all I can notice is the woke nonsense. Either its ethnically diverse in a setting where it wouldn't make any sense, or theres fucking pride flags in every one. Why the fuck is there a tranny pride flag in fucking goat simulator? I hate these fuckers so much.

Trannies have overtaken the gaming industry from the inside. Even shooter games, the most stereotypically "toxicly masculine" genre, have tranny flag shit in them. Overwatch and Valorant added "nonbinary" characters sometime recently, and they just look like women with short hair.
