I'm in a few official game Discord servers (troons on der 'cord, shocker) and every time a community manager/dev makes a post to announce an update or blog post or something of that nature, the troons will swarm to try and react with that ugly pastel flag on the post, just to remind everyone that they're in the server. Doesn't serve any purpose other than "hey I saw this BY THE WAY I'M TRANS DID YOU KNOW I'M TRANS US IN THE TRANS COMMUNITY SAW THIS POST AND WOULD LIKE TO LET THE DEVS AND COMMUNITY AT LARGE KNOW THAT WE'RE TRANS". At least with other reacts it's to express pleasure/displeasure with changes. That one is just annoying to see.
Because I'm petty and spiteful I like to spam as many other country flags as I can when I see a brand new announcement post just so I might get lucky and have the maximum amount of reacts on a post just to prevent them from doing the trans flag react.
Sometimes I wish the trans flag was not made into a universal emoji because is used everywhere (I think I once saw a statistic that it was one of the most used emojis but I don't know how true this is).
On another note I'm glad there's no flag emoji for every retarded thing tumblr come ups with, but why there's only a generic rainbow flag for lgbt stuff but transgenders get their own special emoji flag?

Goddamn it! I used to watch him as well! The troon virus is everywhere! The same thing happened when I used to watch Jim Sterling many years ago before he became the ridiculous troon he is today.
Currently, one of my favorite v-tubers is called Power Guy who has an avatar based on a Megaman character as he is obsessed with the Megaman franchise and classic console games. I hope that he is not going to go down the troon route, someday. So far he has not indicated anything of the sort but at this rate you never know.
