Fire Enter from the fucking project and actually try to make it decent. In fact- that's probably the main reason you're too meek to accept some criticism.

Pffffffffft.

You must not have looked then, because literally the only unique thing about Timmy's palette is the blue, which is almost visually indistinguishable from straight white. The tie is not a part of the palette and his skin might as well be white for how light its coloring is.

I don't know what exactly you consider "standard," but where I live I'd scarcely call what Timmy wears as "standard." Also, can I ask you something? Under what circumstance does a kid ever wear a polka-dot tie?

If you're committed with going through with the project, even just for resume padding, change the title.

It's lame and no one is going to get it without thorough explanation of the idea and you're still probably going to have to explain it. More importantly it's supposed to be a kid's show, right? Well, no kid is going to get it ever. Look at other animated shows, they're usually simple and to the point, often just the main character's name. The only one that usually a similar idea is The Fair-ly Odd Parents and it's easily understood.
 
Alright, I got to talk to a former animator on Growing Around, and he had this to say-

"Yeah, looking at GA more and more. I think its a kind of bland cartoon. It's not really inspired and the chracters kind of look generic. MrEnter has sort of grown a ego through the pass couple of vids."
