That's kinda the problem. Either Mr. Enter did read it and will bitch about us at a later date. Or he'll look at this and ignore everything he and everyone else has to say about his dumb idea (not that he already does that...)

Either way, it's not going to end well.

Honestly, I could kinda take this seriously if it was coming from someone else who didn't admit that he sort of kinda maybe possibly definitely self-inserts into Henry. Still, it's pretty dumb. SH4 very clearly revolves around Walter's psyche, just like SH1 revolved around Alessa's and not Harry's, and same deal with Shattered Memories. None of the imagery in SH4 derives from Henry, he's just some dumb idiot who happened to have the worst luck ever when picking apartments. Seeing him as being some lonely sap with social anxiety who just wants to be loved and accepted and whose feelings are actually the main focus of the game is nothing more than wish fulfillment fanfiction on Enter's part.


Also, all this inconsistency on the world's backstory only further shows what we already know about this trainwreck's development process. If I was them, I'd leave it ambiguous and up to the viewers to make up their own theories, which is as much a valid design choice as a concise backstory would be. All these on-the-spot explanations kinda remind me of kids playing with their action figures. "And now Shredder kills Optimus Prime with his super move!" "No he doesn't, because Optimus Prime actually had a shield that Goku tossed him, and also a bazooka that he shoots and it kills Shredder!" Literally making it up as required.

I know partly why I did was because I had low self esteem and admired how well-liked his writing was, although admittedly terrible.


Anyways, I bet that whoever executive turns him down is gonna become Enter's Michael Snyder or Mary Lee Walsh.

'Probably gonna end up making videos whining about the executive and hating all television networks/men, for some reason.

C'mon, he's probably gonna pitch it to anybody, but probably go beserk when even Nick rejects it.
