By the way, i just found out that americans are cheating and using ADIEU as an easy starter. Somehow this is an english word

There's AUDIO and OUIJA too, as a strat. ADIEU isn't the only one people use. Plus, it's been colonized by English so much that it's widely accepted as a part of English language now just like many other french words.
