Thought I was going to have yet another case of brain freeze for a minute or so and was getting mad but then it just came to me.

I find that my no-strategy-strategy of picking whatever word first comes to mind has paid dividends in crazy ways before (Even better than my perfect 1/6 imho is my 6 greys 1/6, then successful 2/6 MIDGE a few months ago) but it's also been insanely frustrating because I get a lot of complete whiffs for several lines when going with out-there words, which leaves me in a precarious position of both having to guess in fewer tries AND having a lot of eliminated letters and spending way too long thinking of a word. Once in a while, it pays off in a big way and vindicates my retard strategy though.
